Kovino CallBack is similar to Kovino WebCall, a very convenient feature to make low cost phone calls, where voip services are not possible. You can initiate the call from your telephone.

• User generates a missed call to kovino callback phone number.
• Kovino will dial user's phone from where the missed call originated.
• If the user's phone is one of the registered phone then user will be asked to dial the destination phone number.
• If the users phone is NOT one of the registered phone then the user will be asked to enter kovino account#/PIN and destination phone number.

• Select My Account from the toolbar
• Secured customer website is opened in a new browser
• Enter account number, PIN and select the user type Account User to login
